Learn the basics of choreographing your own dances. Learn about principles of choreography, strategies for hearing patterns, and tools and apps that help organize your thoughts and formations!
This 6-week class will focus on strategies and unique stretches for improving your flexibility, conditioning exercises to prevent injury, and your very own flexibility plan developed by DOLP's staff.
Nervous or new to improvisation? We will share some strategies to help you think quickly and create memorable movement on the fly! We will work on solo, duo, and group improvisation to all styles of music
