Stretching: Do's & Don'ts
Dance classes at DOLP are focusing on building flexibility in a safe and progress-driven manner. Students have been learning about the effects of stretching on muscles and the difference between static and dynamic stretches as well as their individual benefits. To supplement student growth in the studio, we wanted to provide a resource to all dancers and athletes to aid their training.
